Yoga, Meditation & Nature Connection Retreat – Omberg SWEDEN

Thursday 26 June, 2025 @ 3:00 pm - Sunday 29 June, 2025 @ 3:00 pm

Join Swami Karma Karuna in the stunning natural setting of Omberg Sweden for a Yoga, Meditation & Nature Connection Retreat

Step into a world of tranquility and self-discovery with Swami Karma Karuna Saraswati at our Yoga, Meditation & Nature Connection Retreat. Nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of Omberg, where lush forests meet Sweden’s second largest lake, this retreat offers a unique opportunity to explore the harmonious interplay between nature and yogic practices.

Over the course of four enchanting days, you will journey through the elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether—each day dedicated to deepening your connection with these natural forces. Engage in grounding asanas and pranayama, meditate on the calming essence of water and fire, and immerse yourself in the expansive energy of air and ether. These practices are designed to cultivate balance, enhance mindfulness, and foster a profound sense of inner peace.

In addition to traditional yogic techniques such as yoga nidra and meditation, this retreat emphasizes nature connection and ritual. Participate in tree puja rituals, embrace the revitalizing effects of a cold dip in the lake, and enjoy guided nature outings that encourage you to connect deeply with the natural world.

Leave behind the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with your inner self amidst Omberg’s legendary mountain setting, rich in myth and history. This is a journey of transformation, reflection, and renewal—a chance to nurture your spirit and awaken your senses in an environment of unparalleled beauty.

Secure your place in this transformative experience and embark on a path to personal growth and ecological harmony.
