NYE Celebration ’18 – Mantra Takeaway
Residents, teachers and guests here at Anahata Yoga Retreat Akhanda Kirtan’d their way into 2019 at our New Year’s Celebration event. This high energy 4 hour Kirtan took place with 14 amazing Kirtanists leading various divine mantra chants.
Together, through chanting, clapping, drumming, singing and dancing – a feeling of oneness was shared as the music pulsed with the people, giving more experiential meaning to Bhakti Yoga or union through love and devotion.
Below is the breakdown of the different Kirtans chanted on the night. Now you can take these mantras away to integrate them into your daily life.
Anahata’s full time resident and Marketing Shakti, Laura started the evening off with Shakti awakening Ganesh mantra:
