Swami Karma Karuna, Swami Kailash, Lis Martinac and Caitlin present a 3 day journey into the heart of the devotional traditions. Sound and mindfulness workshops to soothe the soul and heal the body, yogic sound meditation practice, Nada Yoga, Hatha Yoga sound journey, and ancient devotional chanting and Kirtan. Set on a crystal mountain top 2000 feet above sea level at the beautiful Anahata Yoga Retreat in Golden Bay, NZ.

Swami Karma Karuna is a founding member and director of Anahata Yoga Retreat. She is an engaging, intuitive yoga teacher with more than 25 years of training and experience in a range of areas such as therapeutic applications of yoga, Yoga Nidra relaxation, prana, chakras, women’s health and applications of yoga into daily life. Swami Karma Karuna shares in a simple and practical way, creating an inspiring environment for people to access and apply yogic practices in their own lives.

Swami Kailash Saraswati has studied and lived in Yoga ashrams in New Zealand and India from an early age. From this background he brings a practical, simple and joyful perspective to all aspects of yoga and particularly shares his love of Mantra, Nada Yoga and Kirtan. Swami Kailash is a warm and engaging teacher and has been teaching yoga for more than twenty five years, most recently in Australasia, India and Korea. He is the Founder of Srinivasa Yoga House in Hamilton, New Zealand.

Lis Martinac has visited us before as part of The Gaya Tree - remember last year's Bhakti Fest? She is returning this year, bringing her beautiful blend of song and Kirtan, yoga and sound workshops. Based in the North Island, Lis runs many workshops on mindfulness, self-love, the divine feminine, and the joyful singing of Kirtan.

Caitlin sings from the heart with a big collection of mostly self-written music. Based in Golden Bay, Caitlin sings at festivals around the world and inspires with her gentle sounds and soothing Kirtan.
