Cooking workshops to enliven the soul and heal the body, yogic sound meditation practice, hatha yoga sound journey and ancient devotional chanting and kirtan. Set on a crystal mountain top 2000 feet above sea level at the beautiful Anahata Yoga Retreat in Golden Bay, NZ.

, author of the vegetarian cookbook ‘Loving Good Food’, is a well known chef-of-choice to the yoga and meditation community in Australia. At the retreat he will share some secrets of creating mouth-watering vegetarian delights in hands-on workshops and presentations. Sun is also an acclaimed Kirtan artist who performs regularly in Melbourne.
Swami Karma Karuna
is a founding member and director of Anahata Yoga Retreat. She is an engaging, intuitive yoga teacher with more than 25 years of training and experience in a range of areas such as therapeutic applications of yoga, yoga nidra relaxation, prana, chakras, women’s health and applications of yoga into daily life. Swami Karma Karuna shares in a simple and practical way, creating an inspiring environment for people to access and apply yogic practices in their own lives.
The Gaya Tree
is a conscious world music group from Mangawhai, New Zealand. Their music is a fusion of various cultural musical influences including our native Maori language, Hindi, Gurmukhi, English and Sanskrit. They perform a tranquil blend of traditional kirtan as well as spirit rock'n'reggae original music, creating an incredible contagious energetic vibe.
